Overview

A medium-sized Swiss medical firm celebrated its 30th anniversary with around 300 customers, employees and long-term partners.

Goal

In addition to its success story, the repositioning of the company as a service-oriented provider was a core message of the event that needed to resonate with the attendees.

Highlights

The realignment of the company as a service-oriented provider ran like a purple thread through the entire guest experience. Why purple? Because it was the color of service in the corporate makeover. VMP laid on everything accordingly – and not only color-wise. On that evening, the guests were treated to first-class service and were greeted and escorted by staff from the moment they arrived at car parks and at train and tram stations.

Working closely with the client, VMP created a balanced program that seamlessly blended information and entertainment. Creative and innovative highlights of the celebration in the Maag Halle Zurich included: a journey through the history of the company, a fashion show featuring company products, a show to match the occasion and a moderated talk with the CEO and a long-standing customer. Special drinks created in the corporate color and postcards distributed by models, which could be sent that very evening, provided lively topics of conversation.
