  1. Defining Ambition and Objectives:

    Defining the ambition, developing a vision, and outlining target groups and objectives, in alignment with the business strategy and context. Including a rough timeframe and budget.

  2. Strategic and Conceptual Design:

    Development and evaluation of possible options, from the central idea and core message, to the storytelling, to the congruent rough concept. Also important: which stakeholders need to be involved and how, and who should be part of the project team.

  3. Supplier evaluation and request for proposal (RFP):
