BRAND EXPERIENCE

Overview

We have crafted various brand experiences for a global pharmaceutical company, including a trade fair presence as the main sponsor of Intelligent Health and a stand at the BioData World Congress, where talent scouts are on the look-out for potential employees in the digital sector.

Challenge

The goal at major congresses is to stand out from the crowd, to get noticed amongst the endless rows of exhibition booths. The stand also has to be accessible and its design should reflect the digital-savvy profile of our customer.

Solution 

We leave no stone unturned when scoping out the venue so that we can design a concept geared to the goals and the visitor experience. At the BioData World Congress, for example, only low stands were allowed. So we focused on the walls and backlit them, framing the standalone structure. Thanks to the backlit walls, we increased visibility and visitors spotted the stand from far away. From up-close, the freestanding graphics were particularly eye-catching and the large screen on the stand enticed the visitors to stick around.

An attractive design and exciting demonstrations also pique the interest of trade fair visitors. At Intelligent Health, for example, we showcased the company’s use of virtual and augmented reality and allowed curious visitors to actively participate. Thus the visit to the exhibition stand became a genuine brand experience.
